Artists and people from the creative industry are often not the most stable when it comes to organization, paperwork, timings or money talks. And if you do, then you quickly realize that all these tasks take up an incredible amount of time and nerves that you would actually rather invest in your core business: being creative, developing ideas, refining styles and techniques in order to simply become better.
I’ve been toying with the idea of outsourcing all this unpleasant stuff or putting it in other hands for a very long time. But the requirements for a job like this are extensive and it is indeed not easy to find THE person who seems to fulfill everything: both professionally and personally.
